on our LeMond indoor bikes! 

Guaranteed to make you sweat, this workout is great for newbies
as well as seasoned exercisers.  Meet us in the Cycling Room
adjacent to the ROC lobby.

 Space limited to 12 students ~ please arrive 15 minutes
prior to class time ~ must bring a water bottle!
