ROC FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE

All classes are led by Nationally Certified instructors that volunteer their time and dedicate themselves to

helping you be all you can be -- physically & spiritually! Classes and facilities are open to the community. 
Childcare is offered for some classes, see childcare link below for schedule.

Class Cancellations:    If Shelby County schools are closed due to bad weather, all fitness classes will be cancelled.

All Breath & Body & Pilates classes are held in Fireside Room,
ROCycling classes are in the Cycling Room adjacent to the ROC Lobby,
and all other classes are in the Aerobics Room.
