GBC Connect Group Leadership Conference

 

GBC is partnering with other Southern Baptist churches in the Mid-South area as part of the Mid-South Baptist Association to present the Discover Conference hosted by Bellevue Baptist Church Friday evening, August 13.  The Discover Conference will feature nationally recognized experts in Sunday School for all age divisions and many individually selectable break-out sessions that suit your interests.

 

Saturday morning, August 14, GBC Connect Group leadership will gather in the Faith Building for our own training together and in our various departments.  During our main training session we will hear from Dr. Charles Fowler and Dr. Jere Philips.

 

Together, these two pieces will make for a weekend you won't want to miss!

 

5:00-6:30pm          Exhibit Hall Open (at Bellevue)

5:15pm                 Childcare Drop-Off at GBC Begins (Available for birth-5th grade, preregistration required by 8/8.  Pizza will be provided for children.)

5:30pm                 Buses Depart GBC from Grand Lobby Entrance (Preregistration required.  Chick-fil-a box dinners will be available for $5 with preregistration.)

6:30pm                 Conference Begins   

9:30pm                 Buses Arrive Back at GBC 

 

8:15am                 Childcare Drop-Off Begins (Available for birth-5th grade, preregistration required by 8/8.  Please feed children prior to drop-off.)

8:30am                 Light Fellowship Breakfast for CG Leadership

9:00am                 Conference Begins

12:00pm               Conference Concludes
